Ricardo Peake Braga, partner, graduated in law from São Francisco
Law School (USP). He is a member of the Ethics and Discipline Tribunal (Tribunal de Ética e Disciplina) of the OAB/SP, and member of the OAB/SP’s Institutional Commission, São Paulo Lawyers’ Institute (Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo - IASP) and São Paulo Lawyers’ Association (Associação dos Advogados de São Paulo -AASP). Mr. Braga was coordinator of the OAB/SP’s
Rights and Prerogatives and Consumer Law Commission – 1996/7. He was visiting professor at the masters of business administration (MBA) course at Escola Politécnica, USP (University of São Paulo), professor of constitutional
law and general theory of the state at Universidade Bandeirante (UNIBAN).
